Our costs dropped. The audit runs on Google's own free APIs plus our crawler, so a subscription costs us under a dollar a month to serve. That math only holds because a plan covers one site. Agencies are welcome, they just pay by the site like everyone else. We would rather have a thousand shops at ten dollars than ten agencies at a thousand. The work is the same. The honesty scales better.
