- Your site URL and, if it is about a finding, the check name from your report.
- What you expected vs what you saw. If you think a check is wrong, say why; we re-verify against the official documentation and correct in public when you are right.
- Account email for billing or data-deletion requests (see the privacy policy for what we hold).
Response time
We answer in plain language, usually within two business days. Data-deletion requests are confirmed when done, not when queued.
